Role responsibilities 

• Decompose the top-level system functions, behaviors, and features into a set of requirements for the end-to-end system and subsystem components. 
• Define verification and validation strategies and test methods for the function or behavior, at the integrated system level, that verifies the end-to-end implementation of the function 
• Identify risks and work cross-functionally to develop mitigations and countermeasures 
• Software design and development 

Required experience 

• Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related fields 
• 3+ years experience in the automotive or aerospace industry 
• Strong familiarity with systems engineering, robotics, autonomous vehicles 
• Strong familiarity with requirements management including system analysis, requirements authoring, test generation, and validation activities 
• Ability to adapt and operate under ambiguity 
• Experience with C++ in a Linux environment 
• Flexible problem-solver 

Bonus experience 

• Experience with ROS or other similar middleware 
• Experience with data structures, object-oriented programming 
• Experience with real world robotics deployment 
• Experience in data-analysis 
• Experience in simulation
