Ops Specialist

Role responsibilities
- Monitor the autonomous vehicle and surrounding environment using various monitoring systems and technologies.
- Respond quickly and effectively to any unexpected events or emergencies, such as collisions or malfunctions.
- Communicate with the vehicle’s onboard systems to control its movements, such as steering, acceleration, and braking.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as engineers and software developers, to optimize the vehicle’s performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Document all incidents and events, including any actions taken, and report them to the appropriate parties.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
Required experience
- Diploma in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering, computer science, or information technology.
- Experience working with autonomous vehicle technology and systems.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, guidelines, and procedures related to autonomous vehicles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable with remote work and working with technology.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary.
- Experience in operations or a related field is preferred.
